Leaving ISD?

If your time at ISD is coming to an end, the SMART Moves Ambassadors, Advisory teachers, Year Heads and counsellors are available to support students and parents with bringing your ISD experience to a good close and preparing you to move on to your next adventure with an open mind and an open heart.

With that in mind, the resources below may also be useful as you plan for and prepare to transition from ISD.
